Monday to Friday / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No Noon Break)
Who may avail of the service:
- Incoming first year students
- Returnees
- Transferees
What are the requirements:
- Medical Certificate
- Chest X- ray result*
- CBC (complete blood count)*
- Stool Exam (BSHM and Food Tech. Students only)*
*As need arises / or as requested by examining physician
